Terms and Conditions

All terms and conditions stated here and written in personal correspondence with the client (via text/email/whatsapp) will apply, with or without a contract, unless the written contract states otherwise.

APPOINTMENT & CANCELLATIONS

1.) It is advisable to book an appointment before visiting Tusha Arora Makeovers to avoid disappointments.
2.) We will be happy to change / reschedule your booking with prior notice subject to availability of spare appointment slots.
3.) We hold appointments for 15 minutes post the booked time. In case of no show within 15 minutes, your appointment shall be treated as cancelled.

BRIDAL & NON BRIDALS

1.) Any event in which a bride is present such as Ceremony, Reception, Engagement party, Mehendi, Civil Wedding, etc. is considered a bridal event, but brides may choose which package better suits their needs. All bridal packages include hairstyling, make-up HD/airbrush, draping, eyelashes and nail paint application.
2.) For phone/email consults (complimentary in the bridal package), everything is discussed in detail based on photos of styles that the brides send me, as well as current photos of the bride herself so I can offer suggestions based on needs.
3.) Pricing and details are subject to change with no notice, however if a contract has already been drawn out and confirmed reflecting former pricing, the contract quote will be honored. Updated pricing would apply for new bookings only.

CONSENT AND CONTRAINDICATION

1.) Wherever applicable, please fill up the “Declaration cum Consent” form when handed over by the salon with true and complete information which would enable us to offer accurate consultation and services.
2.) Before availing any new service, we recommend that you take a patch test for all products used in providing the service to avoid any reaction and to protect your well-being.
3.) Whilst booking an appointment/availing services, please notify us if you are pregnant to enable us to ensure your comfort, safety and at the same time accurate services for your needs as certain services may not be advisable.
4.) Please inform your Expert of any medical conditions prior to your service, as some Services may not be appropriate for you.

DEPOSITS

1.) In order to secure our services for your date, you need to pay 50% non-refundable deposit no later than 3 days after your initial enquiry and quotation, which can be paid in cash, bank transfer/PayPal (T&C Apply).
2.) If no payment is received within this 3 days, your date will be released and will be available for booking by other clients. The remaining 50% balance is to be paid no later than 14 days before your event date.
3.) Last minute bookings (those with 14 days or less until the date of event) are payable in full up-front in order to secure the date.

CUSTOMER/ SERVICE REFUSAL

1.) We reserve the right to refuse a customer/any service should we feel that the service requested for is against SOP or may not be safe/suitable for the customer given the medical / hygiene / physical condition as disclosed by the customer during the consultation process.
2.) Tusha Arora Makeovers and its staff also reserves the right to refuse service to any customer should they feel threatened due to verbal or physical abuse of any sort.
